Stephen Family Scholarship

The Stephen Family Scholarship supports academically deserving undergraduate students with a minimum 3.2 GPA and a minimum work schedule of 10 hours per week (work-study positions satisfy this requirement). Selections will be based on students’: strong work ethic, desire to achieve excellence, humbleness, high moral and ethical values, desire to become a leader, and desire to make a difference in the world.

Must submit an essay (500-word max) that describes how you exhibit: a strong work ethic, a desire to achieve excellence, humility, high moral and ethical values, a desire to become a leader, and a desire to make a difference in the world for the benefit of others.
The scholarship is renewable if the student continues to satisfy all requirements but must apply annually to be considered.

PLEASE NOTE: Students will receive the Stephen Family Scholarship will be required to read the book “The Ultimate Gift” by Jim Stovall and write an essay about how they can pass along this gift. The book will be provided to each recipient free of charge.
